Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of all our tailoring services. If you are not satisfied with the fit or quality of our work, please notify us within seven days of receiving your completed garment. We will work with you to resolve any concerns.

Adjustments and Alterations

Initial Adjustments

For all tailoring services, we include one round of minor adjustments at no additional charge if requested within seven days of completion. This ensures your garment fits exactly as intended.

What Qualifies for Free Adjustment

  • Fit issues related to our measurements or construction
  • Errors in executing agreed-upon specifications
  • Quality concerns with seams, stitching, or finishing
  • Discrepancies from the approved design or alterations

What Does Not Qualify

  • Changes in your measurements after the initial fitting
  • Modifications to the original agreed-upon design
  • Damage caused by improper care or wearing
  • Natural fabric characteristics or variations
  • Style preferences different from original specifications

Bespoke Garments

Custom-made bespoke garments are created specifically for you based on your measurements and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items:

  • Bespoke garments cannot be returned or refunded
  • We provide multiple fitting sessions to ensure perfect fit
  • Minor adjustments are included within 30 days of completion
  • Major redesigns after approval will incur additional charges

Alteration Services

For alterations performed on garments you provide:

  • We assess each garment before beginning work
  • We will inform you of any limitations due to fabric or construction
  • Free adjustments are available if the alteration does not meet specifications
  • We cannot reverse alterations once completed
  • We are not responsible for fabric damage from pre-existing conditions

Requesting Adjustments

To request an adjustment or address a concern:

  1. Contact us within seven days of receiving your garment
  2. Describe the specific issue or concern
  3. Schedule an appointment to bring the garment to our studio
  4. Our tailors will assess the situation and propose a solution
  5. We will complete approved adjustments promptly

Unclaimed Garments

Completed garments must be picked up within 30 days of notification. After this period:

  • We will attempt to contact you to arrange pickup
  • Storage fees may apply for garments held beyond 60 days
  • Garments unclaimed after 120 days may be donated or disposed of
  • We are not responsible for garments after the 120-day period

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Deposits for services not yet started may be refunded
  • Partial refunds may be issued if work cannot be completed as agreed
  • Completed custom work is generally not eligible for refund
  • Significant errors on our part may qualify for partial or full refunds

All refund requests must be made within 14 days of service completion or issue identification.

Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and fit of your tailored garments:

  • Follow all care labels and instructions provided
  • Store garments properly on appropriate hangers
  • Have garments professionally cleaned when appropriate
  • Avoid excessive wear that may stress seams or fabric
  • Contact us if you notice any issues developing

Damage resulting from improper care is not covered under our satisfaction guarantee.

  2. We examine the garment to assess the situation
